Jenni Parker | Founder & Director

Jenni is a designer, social innovator and systems thinker. She is passionate about the power of human-centred design to develop solutions to some of the world's most pressing problems, and to transform the organisations that are at the front line of addressing these challenges.

Jenni has led design and innovation projects with organisations in the third, public and private sectors in the UK and internationally, and has carried out user research, co-creation and prototyping activities in 11 countries in 4 continents.

Ali Fawkes | Head of Social Innovation

Ali is a creative professional with a wide range of experience, spanning fine art; special education and human-centred design. She is an expert communicator who specialises in designing creative and inclusive approaches to research, co-creation and prototyping. 

During Ali’s diverse career she has worked as a teacher in specialist schools; at the national charity VoiceAbility and as Asperger's Syndrome Project Officer at the University of Cambridge.

Ajo Clua | Service Design Associate

Ajo is a designer, researcher and facilitator. She has empathic ears to listen out for people’s needs. Her analytical mind helps translate those needs into insights and her graphic skills help communicate complex ideas into simple visuals. Ajo has been working closely with organisations to develop and embed a human-centred design approach in key change projects. She is from Catalonia. Having lived and worked in France, Scotland and England, she has a passion for understanding different cultures and ways of doing things.

Rupert Tebb | Service Design Associate

Rupert is a Service Designer who wants to make the world a better place by bringing brilliant people together to create great digital products, services and campaigns. He is particularly interested in creating services that help people change their behaviour for good. He has worked for a mixture of public, private and third sector organisations including: Public Health England, Centre for Acceleration of Social Technology, Lloyds Bank, The Times, NCT, CRUK.

Yael Olivo | Visual Design Associate

Yael is a senior product designer and UX design instructor. They have worked for a variety of agencies in London and Lisbon, including Sapient, The Partners and Impossible Labs, as well as in-house at Unilever and John Lewis.
